Terms & Conditions

1. Cash 4 Clothes webuyanyclothes.co.uk (‘we’) purchases Clothes, Paired shoes, Belts, Handbags, Jewellery for cash. Please note all our customers (‘you’) must be at least 18 years of age and our(webuyanyclothes.co.uk) pay rate 50p per 1 kg.
2. We don’t accept items listed below:
   • Socks;
   • Tights;
   • Shoes, Boots etc.
   • Underwear;
   • School/ work uniforms with school/company logo;
   • glass, metal, wood;
   • Vintage/old-fashioned clothing;
   • Traditional clothing/folk costumes;
   • Books
   • Bedding/ towels/ sheets/ curtains/ pillows/ duvets/ rugs/ blankets
   • CDs & DVDs
   • Soft Toys
   • Plastic Toys
   • Bric-a-brack
   • Any items listed in clause 1 if they do not meet our quality standards.
3. The items that we buy must meet the following quality standards, namely they must be:
   • Every day clothes (we don’t accept work/school uniforms, aprons)
   • Clean;
   • Dry;
   • Undamaged;
   • Not stained or soiled in any way;
   • Not ripped;
   • Not completely worn;
   • Not smelly or covered in pet hair.
4. We provide two ways to sell your unwanted clothes:
   • The first option — you can bring your items to any of our depots during our opening hours (please check the opening hours on our website);
   • The second option — you can book a collection from your home by phone or email (please check the contact details on our website).
5. To arrange a collection, we require your full address including postcode and a telephone number.
6. If you (customer) prefer to bring and sell your items in our depot, we will ask you to sign in a registry book/receipt.
7. All our customers have a right to receive a receipt slip.
8. All our customers have a right to refuse selling their items.
9. As a customer you must ensure that all items you want to sell are bagged or boxed and that they meet the quality standards described in clause 3.
10. You agree that our decision on which of the items that you sell to us does or does not meet our quality criteria (clauses 1-3) for acceptance will be final.
11. Our staff (including our driver) reserves a right to refuse to accept (pay cash for) any unsuitable items.
12. We do not take responsibility for the bags left outside your house irrespective of whether you are or are not at home.
13. Your bags do not need to weigh 10 kg exactly. The weight of your bags will be put together and you will be paid accordingly.
14. We use only inspected and approved business scales.
15. During the process customer must check the weights of their items and the cash paid out on the spot.  We will not accept any claims after you or driver (in case of collection) has left.
16. We pay cash only.
17. You are free to spend the funds raised from your items whichever way you like. There is no obligation to donate a part or all of it to charitable organizations.
